3.3. The carried interest fee is a performance fee that is payable only when our investment products generate profits. This fee is calculated as 20% of the profits above the 10% hurdle rate generated by our investment products, after deducting the management fee. This fee aligns our interests with those of our investors and incentivizes us to generate positive returns on our investments.
Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Content Ownership: Thr3e retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services and any content provided, including but not limited to data, information, software, graphics, and materials.
