30 DAY TRIAL – Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating:
1. Trial Description: THR3E offers a 30-day liquid staking trial for an undefined amount of Bitcoin provided by you (the “Client”). The trial aims to generate profits through liquid staking activities.
2. Trial Period: The trial period shall commence on the date your deposit is received by THR3E and conclude 30 days thereafter (the “Trial Period”).
3. Principal Guarantee: We guarantee the return of the principal amount of Bitcoin deposited by you at the end of the 30-day trial period, regardless of any losses incurred during the liquid staking process.
4. Profit Sharing: THR3E will not charge any commissions or share in any profits generated during the trial period. All profits gained from the liquid staking activities during the trial shall be retained in full by you.
5. Risk Disclosure: You acknowledge and understand that cryptocurrency investments involve inherent risks. While the principal amount of Bitcoin is guaranteed, THR3E shall not be held liable for any market fluctuations during the trial period.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the trial.
7. Account Opening (Optional): At the end of the 30-day trial, you have the option to open an account with THR3E. The minimum deposit for a new account is 5000USD. If you choose to open an account, you will be subject to the standard fees as denoted in the account opening documents.
8. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency investments in your respective jurisdiction.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Northern Ireland.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
